Friends, there were so many happy tears on this day! Lauren and Andrew's wedding was just wonderful in so many ways. To know Lauren met Andrew through church (where Lauren grew up in Northwest Arkansas and Andrew grew up in Illinois, and they both met at church in NWA) is a beautiful testimony of how God can mysteriously bring two people together, from two separate places, through pursuing Him. After their engagement session in February (on their dating anniversary of all days), I couldn't wait for this wedding day to arrive!! Stephen, my husband, and I felt so honored to celebrate their day through our cameras with them. Here's how the day went through our lenses...

We started at Chapel on the Creeks, their ceremony venue, where Andrew and then Lauren met us here (being careful not to bump into each other, of course). Lauren had her hair and makeup so beautifully done, all that was left was to slip on the dress before the first look!

Andrew showed up all dressed up, so all that was left was pinning the boutonnière! Then it was time for the first look.

The moment Lauren saw him, she started tearing up. It was a precious moment to watch!

Before we knew it, it was time for the ceremony! Before getting married, Lauren prayed with her family & bridesmaids, while Andrew prayed with his groomsmen and pastor officiating the ceremony. If those moments didn't make anyone tear up, then watching Lauren walk to Andrew down the aisle sure did! The excitement, anticipation, and joy felt all too real.

Lauren gave a "yes!" signal the moment she kissed her mister. They were finally Mr. and Mrs. Sova!

We then headed to the reception venue, which was at Cedaridge Event Center in Bentonville. We took some party pictures in the canopy of trees that venue holds, then enjoyed the remainder of the evening in the main lodge, decorated in sparkling gold and vintage blue, PERFECT if you know Lauren's tastes. It was gorgeous!

You have to take at least one "gross out" picture. :)

These two weren't shy in giving each other a small bite. :)

Lauren and Andrew's first dance was beautifully choreographed with a fairytale feel to it. :)

And there was plenty of dancing, let's be honest! :)

One of the decorations was a photobooth setup where people could snap their own photos on their phones! I had fun taking a few photos of my own there. :)

Congratulations Lauren and Andrew! We can't wait to see what the future holds for you both.

Huge thank you to my husband, Stephen, who was my second photographer. You are the best!
