Oh my word... These two are just the greatest. A little backstory, Cameron and Becca have already been married for a year, so on their one year anniversary (June 6), they had their formal wedding celebration. Stephen and I were SO honored to be there and photograph it! I don't even have words to describe how incredible their love for each other is... I'll let the photos speak for themselves. :)

If you missed out on the party, here's how the day went from our lenses' perspective...

When Stephen and I arrived, everyone was just wrapping up getting ready. Everything was coming together so well; it was so unreal that their first anniversary was finally here!

Becca works at a screen print shop in downtown Siloam, so you KNOW that she took her hand lettering to work and had these amazing shirts made!

Her mom had a little "something old" and "something blue" for her; a keepsake garter that her mama wore at her wedding, and a handkerchief her grandmother made. Cue the tears!

Becca gifted her daddy with a tie that matched the colors of the wedding to a tee! The inside read "Dad, You'll always be my first love, and I'll always be your Sweet Becca." He loved it!

The bridesmaids were in LOVE with Becca's final look!

Meanwhile, Cameron was having a good time hiding out and relaxing while his bride was getting photos done. It wasn't long after we had Becca in hiding that we took Cameron out to get his photos done.

I love that Cameron had his sisters (aka "groomsmaids") stand with him on his wedding day!

Soon, guests were arriving and getting settled on the beautiful hillside they were to say their vows on. Their friends, the Deweys, graciously let them use their property for their wedding celebration, and to say it was a gorgeous area would be an understatement!! It was so fitting for Cameron and Becca to stand before their friends and family here. My favorite part was Cameron's face when he saw Becca coming from the house she was hiding out in; Becca had been keeping the dress a total surprise from him, and he was definitely wow'd!!

This was great: when it came time for the rings to be handed off, the best man tried to hand Cameron a Ring Pop! :) I'm sure Becca wouldn't have minded wearing it if it meant she could eat it, but Luke came through with the real ring quick enough. It got some great laughs!

Once "I do" was said and family formals were finished, we took some more portraits before running to the reception. The lighting couldn't have been more picturesque!

I struggled SO MUCH in choosing my favorite portraits of Cam and Becca; so many fantastic ones!! :)

The reception perfectly reflected them: yummy snacks, a bonfire and s'mores, music played by some of their great friends, and board games for playing at the tables. Like I said, totally them!

As they made their way to the dances, Cameron and Becca surprised their guests by inviting Dads/Daughters and Mothers/Sons to dance with them on the dance floor. It was so sweet!

For a cake to cut, Becca and Cameron chose to eat their wedding cake topper from last year! It had a fresh dose of icing on it from the same baker, and fingers were crossed everywhere that it had survived the freezer. Good news: they said it was delicious!

Congratulations my friends. Thank you for the honor of photographing these memories for you; we had SO much fun being a part of it in such a unique way.
