YOU GUYS, my brother-in-law is now MARRIED! Seriously, if anyone had ever told me that Chris was going to be my brother-in-law during our friendship in high school, I would have thought that person was crazy. And, better yet, if anyone had ever told me that Chris and Becca were going to be married to each other while I was in high school, I would have that thought, "Huh, you know, that's CRAZY and AWESOME all at once." :) And here we are today! It was a privilege to capture their day at our home church, and to celebrate their future with all of the family. Here's the day from my point of view...

When I arrived, it was the "calm before the storm" so to speak, as it was just Becca, her maid of honor (Laura), and her hair stylist (Lindy) getting ready together. Slowly yet surely, family started arriving, the groom and his groomsmen started getting ready, and suddenly we were in the full swing of a wedding day! Becca looked so stunning in her dress and Chris looked so handsome in his suit.

It was then time for the first look! Both Becca and Chris were a little nervous, but you could see the nerves melt away the moment Becca grabbed his hand, and they met face-to-face. :)

Soon after, it was time to get ready for the ceremony! The time to say, "I do," finally came, and all parents were a little teary as they watched their oldest daughter/youngest son marry off into good hands.

And just like that, they were Mr. and Mrs. Barnett (and I got another sister!!).

There was lots of brotherly love, if you couldn't tell. My husband/brothers are so handsome!!

Beautiful ladies!!

We moseyed over to the reception after the wedding party portraits, where the cake was ready to cut, speeches were made, and tosses were thrown. They even had a friend drawing caricatures for a take-home gift!

It's only fitting that if you're going to Disneyland for your honeymoon that you wear Mickey and Minnie wedding hats. :)

Congratulations again, my sweet sweet family. I'm so excited for you both (and can't wait to have you back home from your honeymoon soon!).

Lots of love to my husband who, despite being a groomsman, still helped with some shots (he's a winner), and to Bob Hickey and Krista Niles for helping take family photos I jumped into. :)
