Oh friends, I'm so happy to be sharing this evening with you!! Chris and Sunny have been waiting for this day for a long time, and Stephen and I were so honored to document it. We had such an amazing engagement session in the Spring, that I knew this ceremony was going to be incredible.

Here's how the day went from our perspective...

We started at Chapel on the Creeks in Rogers, AR (one of our favorite venues in NWA!), where Chris and his guys were finishing getting ready. As soon as Sunny arrived, we got her ready for her first look with Chris. Once Chris saw her, he couldn't help exclaiming how beautiful she was and started to get teary. Afterwords, they read their personal vows to each other (another teary moment :) ). The evening was off to a beautiful start!

It wasn't long before the bride and groom were hiding out in their rooms and guests were arriving at the chapel. With the sun setting behind the stage through the stain glass, the bride made her way down the aisle to a beaming groom.

One of my favorite moments of the ceremony was when the flower girl forgot to drop flowers on the way down the aisle, so Chris walked back down the aisle with her and helped her toss petals on the ground. It was a precious moment that had the whole audience smiling.

After Mr. and Mrs. Swilley had some family formals taken at the church, the wedding party headed to The Apollo on Emma in Springdale. This BEAUTIFUL art-deco movie theater was renovated last year into an unique event venue, and to say it is stunning is an understatement (just look at the fun detail with that sign out front!!). The tables were decorated in red with hints of gold, and plenty of candlelight was spread throughout the room. It was beautiful!

Another favorite memory of the night: when it came time for the garter toss, Chris wasn't shy to fetch the garter. However, when he tossed it to the crowd of single men, they all jumped back in fear, and let it hit the ground! Chris then ran over and tucked the garter away in his suit pocket. It was a clever moment. :)

Congratulations on a beautiful Friday night! Stephen and I are so excited for you two's future as a couple. You're in for the best adventure together. :)

Xoxo,

Andrea
