Have they already been married a week?? How time has flown! Luke and Emilee have been such a fun part of our lives leading up to their wedding day. Luke and I were childhood buddies, and Emilee was just hired to work for my husband at his job a couple weeks ago! In Stephen's words, their wedding day was her chance to boss him around before he bossed her around. ;)

Luke and Emilee are such a sweet and endearing couple. The love and joy of the day was beyond contagious. It was supposed to rain on their wedding day, yet God was so faithful and we had sunshine coming through the trees all morning. It was a lovely day to have an outdoor wedding with friends and family! Here's how the day went through our lenses...

When Stephen and I arrived, Emilee and Luke were already set to go, so we jumped straight into portraits! Their first look was one for the books; it was an immediate hug with teary eyes, as the bridesmaids and friends got to watch at a distance from the venue's porch (and I'm sure they had teary eyes too!). What joy there is when you see the one your heart loves!

Love the henna (bringing a little bit of Thai back to the States)! :)

You are BEAUTIFUL, Emilee!!

These colors on these ladies = <3

It's only appropriate to do "The Smolder" on your wedding day (a perfect Tangled reference). :)

Star Wars socks are the greatest thing to wear on your wedding day.

The look they're giving each other!! They are so in love.

Soon after, it was finally time to get married! After the pastor talked, Emilee's dad had the honor of marrying his daughter to his new son-in-law. What a precious memory!

How cool is this: both Emilee and Luke's mom's dresses were on display at the wedding. My, how fashion has changed!! I love it!

Just like that, they were Mr. and Mrs. Macfarlan!!

The reception was just a hop and a skip away, in a pavilion and under a grove of trees. I just love the decorations and food they provided! The speeches were one of my favorites to hear yet; you can tell how much the wedding party cares for each other and how excited they were for this day!

We were all a little excited over the groom's cake matching the apparel of choice. :)

Congratulations again, my friends! I can't wait to hear of the adventures to come for you both.

Thank you, Stephen, for always going the extra mile to help me in photography! You're the greatest.
